I help teams consider the impact of their work on everyone it touches, avoiding zero-sum thinking. I oversee systems architecture and build out software, but the most important work I do is to amplify and direct the skills of other engineers through coaching and team building.Most recently I've been an engineering manager at Square, where I led teams building the catalog & inventory features used by all our largest sellers.Apart from the software world, I work with Redemption Housing to build a successful offramp from incarceration.
